  • Four offices throughout the Wiregrass area, with drive-through windows at three of the locations. Find the WEC location nearest you, along with hours of operation and driving directions.
  • Service applications by phone, by fax, or in person. Online bill payment feature.
  • Automated credit card and bank draft payment plans, as well as check and credit card payments by phone. Members can take advantage of these features for free.
  • Drop boxes at WEC offices for after-hour payments.

  • Automated meter readings.  This service allows WEC to read your meter remotely for accurate billing.
