Request for Proposals: disaster debris removal and monitoring services
Wiregrass Electric Cooperative is seeking to engage the services of one or more qualified contractors to provide Disaster Debris Removal Services and Disaster Debris Monitoring Services. A complete scope of services and Request for Proposals (“RFP”) can be found below:
Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) financial assistance will be used to fund the resulting contract. All work will be completed in compliance with FEMA’s rules and guidance, as well as Federal laws, regulations, executive orders, and the federal cost principles at 2 C.F.R. Part 200.
All WEC contractors are required to comply with the Alabama Immigration Law under Sections 31-13-9 (a) and (b) of the Code of Alabama. All Respondents should submit with their proposal a completed E-Verify package.
Proposals are due by 3:00 p.m. on February 19, 2019. Further instructions for proposal submission are contained in the RFP.
