Hayden Camp

Hayden Camp is a seasoned workforce and economic development professional with more than 15 years of experience building strategic partnerships across business, education, and government sectors in Southeast Alabama. She currently serves as Regional Workforce Liaison for the Alabama Department of Workforce, where she leads workforce strategy across a 10-county region, aligning industry needs with education and training providers.
Hayden is a Certified Workforce Development Professional (CWDP) and a graduate of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Institute for Organization Management (IOM). Her background includes leadership roles with Southeast Alabama Works and the Dothan Area Chamber of Commerce, where she managed membership engagement, fundraising initiatives, and large-scale community programs.

Deeply rooted in the Wiregrass community, Hayden has served on numerous nonprofit and advisory boards focused on education, workforce readiness, and community development. She brings to board service a strategic mindset, strong fiscal awareness, collaborative leadership, and a passion for strengthening the regional economy.
