Billing

E-Bill

As an eBill member, you will receive a monthly email notification that your bill is ready for viewing and payment. The email will include a link to a pdf copy of your bill plus a link that connects you directly to our Website and your online account. You can then pay your bill online, or use another payment method of your choice. The email will also include a link to that month’s bill insert.

If you’re on Automatic Bill Payment, eBill is a great way to further reduce paperwork and simplify your life; our email notification will also let you know the exact amount being deducted from your checking or debit account or credit card. And eBill does not affect your status if you’re enrolled in Levelized Billing.

By filling out the form below, you are authorizing WEC to discontinue sending paper bills and begin eBilling each month for the billing of your electric account. This will remain in effect until you notify WEC to discontinue.

Levelized Billing

Levelized billing evens out monthly payments.

Many consumers, if given the chance, would like to level out their electric bills by paying nearly the same amount each month. With the levelized billing program through Wiregrass Electric Cooperative, consumers can even out monthly payments.

Electric costs fluctuate with the seasons — higher during the winter and summer months. Levelized billing makes it much easier to balance your budget because this program helps even out the peaks and valleys of energy use by using an average of the previous twelve months of energy use.

Most residential members with good credit history are eligible for this program.

To participate, the account must be paid in full and on time each month.
