I hereby make application to Wiregrass Electric Cooperative, Inc. (WEC) to install underground line on my property.

While WEC personnel make every effort to cover trenches sufficiently, there is usually a problem (indentations in trench) when soil settles, usually following rains. WEC cannot continue to provide underground service and be expected to landscape following service. It is not WEC’s intention to destroy consumer’s property; however, heavy equipment will leave signs.

As a WEC consumer, I understand there may be problems with trench as soil settles and will not hold WEC responsible for any of these problems. I will personally be responsible for landscape following installation of service.
