VP of Engineering and Operations
Jason Thrash joined the staff of Wiregrass Electric Cooperative in 2011 as System Engineer and was promoted to VP of Engineering and Operations in 2014. Originally from Enterprise, AL, he graduated from The University of South Alabama in 2011 where he earned a degree in Electrical Engineering and in 2015, obtained his Alabama Professional Engineering license. Jason is a graduate of The University of Wisconsin School of Business/NRECA’s Management Internship Program. He has 22 years experience in the Electric Distribution Industry with a total of 28 years experience in the electric field. He is blessed with two daughters, 19 and 13, and a beautiful wife of 24 years.
