Need a Little Extra Help?

Southeast Alabama Community Action Partnership (SEACAP), offers the Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program to help eligible households manage their energy bills. This program is designed to ease the burden of home energy expenses and help you through tough times.

SEACAP assists residents of Southeast Alabama in Houston, Coffee, Geneva, Henry, and Barbour counties through a range of services. In addition to energy assistance, SEACAP offers:

Brown Bag Program

Monthly food assistance for eligible individuals aged 60 and older.

Emergency Food & Shelter

Help with utilities, rent, mortgage, shelter, and food during emergencies.

Financial Literacy Workshops

Guidance on budgeting and tips to reduce energy costs

Food Pantry

Emergency food supplies for those in need
