Hayden Camp serves as the Workforce Programs Coordinator for Southeast AlabamaWorks in Region 6. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Troy University Dothan and is a graduate of Dothan High School.
Hayden accepted the position at Southeast AlabamaWorks in 2023 and is responsible for workforce development efforts in the region. Southeast AlabamaWorks serves: Barbour, Butler, Coffee, Covington, Crenshaw, Dale, Geneva, Henry, Houston, and Pike. Mrs. Camp was formerly the Director of Membership for the Dothan Area Chamber of Commerce from 2016-2023.
Hayden is a graduate of Leadership Dothan Class 33, Wiregrass Electric Operation Roundup Board of Directors member, Wiregrass 2-1-1 Board of Directors member and involved in Dothan Area Young Professionals where she was named in the Top 20 Under 40 of Dothan in 2019 and 2022.
She is passionate about her Rehobeth community and is involved in the Rehobeth Women’s Club, Rehobeth Elementary School PTO Board, Rehobeth PeeWee Football and Cheer Association Board Member and recently completed the course to become a Certified Alabama Planning and Zoning Official after being appointed to the Town of Rehobeth Board of Adjustments.
Hayden has a passion for workforce and economic Development. She is dedicated to strengthening and improving our State’s public workforce system by helping place Alabamians in high-quality jobs and careers and enabling employers to hire and retain the skilled workers they need to sustain and grow their operations.
Hayden completed the four-year Institute for Organization Management (IOM) program in Athens, Georgia. A program of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Foundation, Institute is the premier nonprofit professional development program for association, chamber and nonprofit professionals fostering individual growth through interactive learning and networking opportunities.
Hayden is married to Corey Camp, a third-generation small business owner. They have been married for fourteen years and have a ten-year-old daughter, Charley, a seven-year-old son Easton.
