For 87 years, Wiregrass Electric Cooperative has focused on members receiving the quality electrical services they deserve.

But we believe WEC is more than an electricity provider —we’re a part of the Wiregrass community we serve. We want our members to have a good quality of life today and in the future.

Our employees live here and send their children to school here. They coach youth recreation teams, volunteer for local nonprofits and go to church here.

And when the power goes out — whether due to severe weather or an aging tree limb that finally gave way — our employees are here for our members. They’re your neighbors. They may even be your family or friends.
