At Wiregrass Electric Cooperative, Employee Day is far more than just a day of training — it’s a celebration of unity and camaraderie. Once a year, our entire team, spanning 4 offices in Hartford, Ashford, Samson, and Dothan, gathers for a day dedicated to connection and recognition.
This special day is an opportunity for employees across all departments to engage in team-building exercises, enjoy fellowship over meals, participate in work-related trivia, that not only entertains but also educates, and learn about the challenges and opportunities we face.
