Our offices don’t have to be open for you to pay your bill. Each location — Ashford, Dothan, Hartford, and Samson — features a kiosk and a night deposit box that allow you to make payments 24 hours a day.
One Sign-Up
Enrolling in programs like eBill and INcontrol prepay gives you convenient ways to pay your bills, reduce paper and so much more! In the eBill program, we email your monthly bill and a link to your account to pay. INcontrol saves on costly deposits and allows you to easily pay for electricity as needed.

Downloading WEC’s app to your phone allows you to accomplish several tasks — pay your bill, check your account balance, monitor your energy usage and even report an outage.
