Dear Valued Member,
Our records indicate that you received a water heater from Wiregrass Electric Cooperative and subsequently had a load control device installed. We are writing to inform you about an important update regarding this device and the associated program.
We have recently discontinued the load control device program. As a result, we will no longer be sending signals to the installed device on your water heater. This decision was made after careful consideration and evaluation of the program’s effectiveness and the availability of alternative energy-saving solutions.
With the discontinuation of the program, the load control device installed on your water heater will no longer receive signals to manage its energy consumption. This means that the device will not function as intended and will no longer help in reducing your energy usage during peak demand periods.
